Watercolor Cutout Painting $125-500

Paintings are constructed from smaller layers that are held together with either tape or glue inside the frame of the final image. The frame is a necessary element that holds the artwork together. If a nicer frame is desired than flat black plastic, the cost of said frame will be charged to the buyer.
