To Save a World, Hollis Jo McCollum

I’m usually more of a SciFi person as opposed to Fantasy, but I really enjoyed this book. The tale is told from the point of view of elves, which from what I’ve read is uncommon and I think the author pulled it off well. More than once the story turned in a direction I wasn’t expecting, and it kept me on my toes. I just wish I waited until the semester was over to start reading it so I didn’t have to keep putting it down to study! And I WILL be reading Hollis’s next novel whenever it gets published.

This is definitely one of the books that I encourage people to read. Well, unlike other books, the story here is not too shallow. Of course, I am not saying that you need to read deep and heavy literature all of the time, but they can really make you wonder about life. This book, in particular, helps you understand what life is all about. If you ask me, everyone should at least try to read it once in their lifetime.
